New Company Coastal Marine

I waited for three weeks to post this. I have heard your opinions in the past on Brokers, Adverising, and Lack of service. I want to put my money where my mouth is. I would like you to take a look at my website and company profile and post your feedback. Even Critisism can only help this point. The Company is new, But the employees have been around for some time. We are trying to give our clients what they want as opposed to what we think they want. Please post feedback on OSO so other Brokers can hear your opinions. Thank You all for your time and opinions. www.Coastal-Marine.com

Honestly, the navigation is difficult and confusing. I also don't like sites where the logo must be on every page and takes up the entire screen.

Not a very professional looking site.

Good luck in the new business.

There is a Marine business in Port Clinton Ohio that sells new, used, and brokerage boats plus does repairs and has a marina. Their web address is very similar to yours. http://www.coastalmarine.com/

I didn't find the navigation difficult, just incomplete. I know the site is still under construction.
Ron P is right about the size of the logo on each page. Reduce it, it's way too large.

Looks good I like the animations, navagation is simple I think. I agree about the logo I would have it Big on the first page then smaller on all of the others. I would also center the top of page with logo's, banners, and links. Good luck, I like the picture on the home page very nice.

Constructive Critisism #1
Hard to Navigate
Lie #1 We are working to make this more user friendly Thnk you for your advise.

Constructive Critisism #2
Logo is on every page
Lie #2 We feel that repitition helps thingsto stay within ones long term memory. Classical Conditioning if you will.

Constructive Critisism #3
Logo is too Large
Lie #3 Do you have any Idea how long it takes to save up the millions of dollars it takes to buy the yachts I plan to sell. These people are most likely very old and have a hardtime seeing through there specticles. Have you no heart man. Must I make my clients go blind.

I mean this all in good humor. Thank you for your honesty and I will make the improvements. Please continue to send comments. Again It will help me structure towards the needs of my target clientel.

No offense, but the site looks like an amature did it. Spend a few bucks and have your site designed by someone who is a professional...packaging and "first" impression are extremely important!

Like any web site...if it is easily Navagable, people will use it and check often. Good start, just clean it up with clear graphics and make it easier on the eyes. A little bit of $$$ with a pro goes a long way in the end.
Thanks for offering us a peek!
