Man I didn't know their were so many Top Guns with 575's.
Magic 34, what speeds are you getting since adding the intercoolers? Did you have to have the cumputers modified? carlandbetty, what modifications did they do on your engines, those are awsome speeds? How much money? |

I blew one motor...talked to Bob Teague and he made many recomendations because of the change in gasoline in California. Running to hot. Not sure all he did but, sent both motors down to him. Roller cam instead of flat tappet. Aluminum heads. Something to the pistons. Intercooler. Blowers. Etc. Then the boat spent 5 hours with Dustin Whipple who mapped the motors from his computer. BTW...that kid is a genious. All totalled it was around $26K for two new motors from Teague. I'm very happy with what he did for me. He said with a little tweeking and playing around with different props, I might see 102 to 103. |
