I knew a guy that had a 29 DCB with a 6. 1000hp ran about 114mph with 4 people and half tank of gas. Plained well, on rails, and all around a great boat. Fit and finish was very nice, and I think on the west Dave at DCB rules. Just my 02.

I visited their factory in late June. Best west coast cat made in my opinion. I also visited Eliminator on the same trip. Nice, but not as nice as the DCB's. I have also visited Cobra, Magic, and some others I forget around the Havasu area.

I don't know about that particular boat but my DCB is a true work of mechanical art. It was built in 00 and has 0 rattles, flex, or stress cracks. The heads of all stainless hardware are polished. Set in one, ride in one, look at the rigging. None built better. Is it worth more than others when you go to sell? It would too me, but maybe not to those snobbish about west coast boats.
