Are their any advantages to have your props turning in on a 28 Pantera? And what way does everybody have their props turning in or out?

OUT. IT may get unstable with stern lift. PLus you want some bow lift.

I would turn them out, bow lift is more controllable than stern lift, it makes the boat squirrelly and feels like it is sloppy. I like bow lift and the feel of the a$$ planted, yea you may pick up 2-3 mph turning in but at the cost of handling, including wave jumping, and docking. In is horrible to maneuver and dock, compared to out that is, not surface dives. :D Try both, that's the only way to know what you like. I would just bring it to shore and do it in the water, then take off again.

I had a 28 Pantera and tried turning them in, no extra speed was gained and the boat was a hand full to operate.......
