Probably an Apache.
You can tell- the nose of the boat is intact and it's still going straight. Most likely, the wave apologized afterwards for being there. |

I was thinking with the yellow, it might be a Pier57 boat, BUT its definiately not a Fountain... no beak. It would be cool to know more details.

The boat took part in the P1 race in Travemuende too, there are good pics of this and more boats on the german high performance boat page (with the same name like an american page). I have no clue at all whether I can post the link.

The pic is from the P1 powerboat race in Cowes, UK on august bank holiday weekend.
