I DID MINE EXACTLY THE SAME. IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW WELL I TOW, THE IDIOT THAT PULLS OUT IN FRONT OF ME WOULD MAKE ME A SPEEDBUMP FOR MY BOAT AS IT CAME THROUGH THE CAB OF MY TRUCK. IT TAKES AN EXTRA 2 MINUTES TO BE SAFE.

His boat, he can use chains if he wants.

I see alot of cruisers being hauled on flatbed trailers that are strapped over the top.

Lighten up Francis...I was just digging a little and I forgot to put this . I keep one set on my frt but when I saw 4 rachets on the frt of your pic I thought it was a little over kill.

Check out the 1/4" U bolts he drilled through the trailer beam. Thats good to attach
a fat guy's suspenders.

for starters its mark not francis.Marc from Bam and Jimmy Gaffrig were taking Marcs 36 cig. to fla. Make a long story short Jimmy fell asleep the truck and boat went of the road and started to roll the 9 foot 6 beam on the boat stopped it from going over.Needless to say if the straps failled it would have been catastrophic....the boat and truck had all left wheels off ground.the boat and truck were on the right weels only.the deck of the boat supported the rig.......got the pic.........

2 foward....2aft..........2 on transom.........6total.......no nose stop....
