A buddy of mine was looking at 1 of their cars.

But he was worried that the guy deals in wrecks and flooded cars. He was told that Florida doesn't disclose that type of info like he in Pa. Not sure if that is even true.

Do you if Florida have to disclose a wrecked or titled car? Here in Pa they have a notated area on the title that stated wreck or flood car? I told him just run a carfax or one of those other reports.

if the insurance co pays out or a police report of the incident is made it will hit car fax, if the owner fixes it himself thier is no report, carfax isn't 100 percent, you can get a rebuildable title on a car with enough damage to make it a monetary t/l in the insurnce companies eyes but might get fixed anyway if say the owner is upside down and doesn't have gap ins.
