Alcohol believed to be factor in boating accident on Clear Creek
(9/17/06 - KTRK/LEAGUE CITY, TX) - In League City, deputies believe alcohol was involved in a boating accident on Clear Creek.

Investigators say the pilot of a boat was going too fast when he hit a piece of concrete under the water. Four people were thrown from the boat. They were taken to the hospital. There's no word on their conditions.
