I would like to take some lessons from Johnny T or Reggie Fountain. Benny Robertson would be awesome too. Lot's of good people out there that I'd love to have for an hour in my boat to pick their brains and learn something. The problem is this passing of knowledge in this industry just does not happen.

Re: Boat School/Throttle/Driver/Operations
Typically,an advanced aircraft pilot has logged several hours in a flight simulator. A flight simulator is most effective when used to simulate limited visibility conditions, such as night flight or in clouds.Especially, during departure, holding patterns and approach to landing. Some simulator time also includes visual contact with simulated terrain. The objective includes placing the simulator in various conditions and attitudes that may occur in an aircraft. The pilots confidence level is expected to improve because:their rate of interpretation increases, peripheral vision improves and the need for sequence of procedure becomes increasingly obvious.Tuning benefits go on and on.
I believe a high performance boat simulator is doable. However, based on the number of viewers there have been to this thread one wonders if there is a need for education at any level.
Thanks again, respondents to date. I'd like to keep this thread alive a little longer and would value any input you may have.
