Yep, and wait until the manufacturer of the shoe laces used for tie downs gets its butt sued. Their product liability insurance is going to go ballistic!

I did that once with an 8' fiberglass ladder that jumped out of the bed of my truck on I-75 while driving through Cincinnati.
