Get the -50°F (or lower) stuff. I've seen the regular pink stuff harden at below 0°
Our coldest winters get to -10° but the other winter we had a week around -25°-28° and I can personally tell you that's too freakin cold to run out and check to see if the motors are freezing. :evilb: |

I too have seen it get a bit slushy, never ever saw it freeze, but thats why on my old 454 I would re-drain the risers and block. On the 496, I run 3-4 gallons through it and then pump it all back out, leave it as dry as possible.

I winterize my boat just like I used to do with my PWC. :evilb: :D :drink: WFO on the trailer in the driveway. Works great! |
