Re: devaluation of a boat because of an accident?
27daytona, the damage if repaired in a quality manner shouldn't hurt the value since its not a brand new boat. its amazing no one was killed on your boat, being run over like that! take care and good luck with it, rm

Re: devaluation of a boat because of an accident?
Thanks for the reply guys. I am confident that the repairs will turn out fine. I do not intend to sell it anytime soon but I would disclose the accident at that time. I have a wall in my home dedicated to the boat with damaged parts on it from the past problems, five blade prop minus a blade, burnt pistons and I will include crash pictures and a badly mangled spark arrestor and a hood scoop. I can not wait for next years boating season. I need a good year of boating. Thanks again. Doug
