Is it a white/yellow/blue mystique by any chance?
Here's a place to start.

If its the one from ebay, its not the same as the tired one which had 454's in it, I know the owner and it has been very well maintained. I thought it was sold but I haven't seen him in a few weeks. If its still in Myrtle Beach then shoot away with questions, its a great boat thats been maintained to the t. I would think mid 80's would be a deal.

Re: 2000 30' Cigarette Mystique value ?

the one on ebay has an awful lotta hours 450 and merc recommends rebuilds between 4-500 hrs. gotta cost $5-6k to do basic rebuilds on both assuming no leak down issues and compression is good

Re: 2000 30' Cigarette Mystique value ?

i would definately reccomend any purchase offer have a survey contingency and make sure the survey comes with compression/leakdown results, i put thousands of hours on 496's without problems, but they are definately a different animal

That boat has been for sale forever. It's been on e-bay over three time just the past two months. Personally I love the boat. Wish that there were more of them around for sale.

I bought the sister boat to that one this year. Same year, same power and almost the same paint. The one I bought had 100hrs on the 500efis and was sitting on a myco that needs some tlc. The boat was flawless and the size worked for my situation. I love the boat and had a great time on it this summer. I think the guy is looking for 80 and to me that is a steal. I havent seen the boat so that is considering that the boat is in good shape.

A customer of mine looked hard at the 30 in Myrtle Beach. Flew in from Texas, took a ride, had a mechanical inspection performed and took a pass.

It appears the boat can be bought "right".

I've only seen the boat in passing on the ICW. Never looked at it up close.

was my thought as well but then ya have to take into consideration the cost to rebuild a pair of 500efi's...they have 450 hrs on them not to mention the drives as well ?

it is the same one that was on ebay back in june or july and supposedly the seller meant to list it with a reserve but didnt so he had someone bid it up to his reserve amount

Re: 2000 30' Cigarette Mystique value ?

Hes a friend of mine, he simply isn't an ebay pro, he put right in the ad what he wants for it, hes not trying to pull one over on anyone. Call him up and ask him, hes a strait up guy and will tell you exactly what work has been done etc. I'd say its a lot of boat for the money, he's planning on getting a top gun and putting big power in it...i'm sure the fred's customer could give you more info on the survey.

The market is certainly in the crapper right now though, make an offer at what you think is fair, you can't give a boat away right now it seems.

I started getting into brokerage with a local co. but I'm already looking for other options cause I'm wasting my time in this market, theres nothing high end enough in my area to be worth the trouble. Looks like I might be heading south again this winter to drive boats.

Re: 2000 30' Cigarette Mystique value ?

I have sold 2 30 Cigs, both straight Hull (With the notch), both 500EFI, both had every option you could get at the time and Both went for well ever $120K. One was 4 years ago, the other was 3. Both owners LOVED the boats and have no desire to sell.
I know this does not say much in the way of what should they cost. But it sure tells you what they think of the boats.

I better before. l. buy. a. 30 mystique
