Got a few good shots. Some turned out to blurry to use, sitting in a boat rocking from boat wakes I guess. Sorry Butch, that 140 Eliminator was one of the blurry ones.

A good time was had by all. Some really suprising speeds. John Olivo in a 25 Checkmate ran 110 mph, top single V sterndrive, Rich in his A/T took top dog for twin stern drive V at 98.2. Skater Jim in his beautiful 28 took twin O/B cat at 125. with Charlie right behind with 122. John, took single O/B cat with his Talon. Butch, got top sterndrive cat in his smokin 25 Eliminator at 140.5. Tom Cat hurt a motor on the way down the river to the run. He still went out and made 2 140 mph passes.

I really think we should try to make this in September. I think we would have more of a turn out. I know we do it late in the year due to boat traffic, but at 8am....I dont think we will really have that problem.

Thanks Rich... we are trying hard to live up to the name "CROWD PLEASER" :evilb: !!! The pole is great on poker runs and at parties. But since it was a little cold last weekend, we decided to go for the fastest, single engine Fountain title. We still have some dialing in to do...but I think we are on the right track. Over the winter, we are going to work on making it the "most entertaining" boat on the water. See ya'll at the "Chill Out".
P.S. feel free to offer suggestiions (or talent) to obtain our goal.

Sorry John, the picture didnt turn out, guess you were to fast. But we did get a picture of your competition in the first picture. The only other single engine cat in your class :evilb: and you did beat him convincingly.

That means Sharon had a steady hand and a very good camera to catch a very fast boat. :evilb: :D
