Bernie most likely the seats need to be done. Is that 100lbs or 110? 70 psi is weak if it is.

I bought my 28 Pantera from Mark 2 years ago. His shop is spotless, his knowledge is unbelievable and he is a super nice person!

I would recommend him to anyone!!
