I have a 36 concept with triple 300's still on the MSO that someone can have for 135,000 with the trailer. It is a leftover 2004. it runs 85mph They just are not selling if the boat is not in the right area. this one is in seattle

To much $$$$. A CC 27ft, 4 year old CC boat that is not a fish boat is going to be hard to impossible sell for $65K.

BGCHUBY01, I had a 2003 Concept and tried to sell it after 13 months of owning it. It took a year to sell and I had to give it away. I got lucky to even sell it but this boat had to go. Concept resale is horrible.

Is it just me or is freeboard on that thing seriously low? Which i guess affects its ocean-going abilities, especially at trawling speeds. I imagine that this would be a big problem for someone looking for a serious CC.

So it sure is fast but is it good at what CC boats are supposed to do?

I agree. I was out last Monday on a 34ft CC like that with the boat only coming up to my mid thigh I got the feeling that if i needed more leverage the fish might just tug me over the side.

Re: Why hasnt this CC sold??

Sure they ride real good as an offshore powerboats but do they cut it as something that serious fishermen would consider? I know they like to have a bit of protection and that's why most serious CCs have higher, more flared bows.

All boats are compromises but the size of the audience depends on how appealing the compromise is to the general public. What I'm trying to say is that perhaps this particular CC is a compromise which is slightly too performance-oriented and that means that the market for it will be relatively small. Which is why it's not easy to sell. Not that this necessarily says much about the overall quality of the boat...

The freeboad is seriously low and no a ture fisherman would not like it nor would anyone with a family. Look how low the freeboard is and the height of the leaning post seat! Plus thos 225 Promax outboards will not want to troll and idle around much either.

I have had mine for sale for close to four months, I just lowered the price a few weeks ago and it is priced right (cheap) and the boat is in excellent condition...... Going to shrinkwrap it and winterize and put it away for the winter??????? :( :(

I will tell you one thing ...at the Lauderdale Show there was a 37 CC with cuddy and without a cuddy that was serious everything..Merc 525's with ITS drives. Unbeliev :evilb: able finish and quality accessories.
Built by Lazer out of Opa Locka.
Opa Locka is becoming the performance boat manufacturing mecca.
