Boat value guides?

The potential buyer for my Apache is having a hard time finding info on my boat. The bank he is financing through can't find it in NADA or whatever other book they use. According to NADA the 28 Apache stops at 88 or 89. Says no info for 90-92. Mine is a 1990 28 Brave. What guide should they use in determining the value of my boat?

Ask if they will accept an apprasal from a surveyor? It may cost you an extra $350. But it will close the deal
