It was actually dead flat this morning so waves weren't an issue for this situation.

Just saw on Fox...about a 25' CC with twin beaters...Coasties say no kill switch worn. Water was calm, boat was doing maybe 10mph in circles.

I saw the news clip as well. It was going faster than 10 MPH, but it was only turning a circle of about 50 foot diameter. Quite the sight of the Coast Guard RIB trying snacking the side of it.

The officials tosed the line in front of it.. Witnesses say it was circling pretty fast beforehand..

23 Contender, twin 200 Yammies.. Owner sounded, err, well, buzzed when they interviewed him.. Said he was running 40ish when he got pitched out.. Didnt say what he was doing though, maybe he forgot to throttle down to take a leak??
