Great vid. Consider this. The helo is going a 100+ mph and he passes it like it's standing still. He's running these speeds on a race couse with boat wakes and turns. not just a stretch of flat water on a poker run. He actually clocked a 140mph lap speed with 7 TURNS in the course!!!
Imagine if the boat was set up for TOP END. Team Bud Select know how to get the job done.

Bud Select, you guys (Geico) and CRC were all pullin on the choppers! :eek: :cool: The choppers were cutting the corners short so they could catch back up to you guys in the straights! The plane seemed to be the only one that could keep up with ya! :evilb:

I watched them go by, then turned my head to the TV to watch them on the other side of the course.

Hey Tim - I appologize for not being able to visit with you in Destin. Things got pretty hectic with the racing, appearances, etc. plus this is the peak season for my medical software business so I was on the phone alot. No problem Dave. I fully understand.

Here is a little something I thought people should also see.

I got up early Sunday morning and found my way to the TV Production Camp.

This will give some insight to just how big of a deal it was to make LIVE Broadcasting happen.

I wanted nothing more than to recognize these people behind the scenes that were making Offshore History.

Every one of them was very helpful with allowing me access to their playground...
