The site is up but, I placed an order about three weeks ago and have not recieved anything yet. When you call, all of their mailboxes are full. No replies to emails........and they have my money. There is another thread on here that I found with people having the same problem.

Same thing happened to me. Ordered some parts on 10/13 and never received them. Follow-up calls and emails go unanswered. At least they never charged my credit card for the parts. Too bad as I've been using them for years.

A service manual and then I just ordered some oil and filters to get the order over $100 for free shipping. It wasn't anything I couldn't get anywhere else, I had just heard good things about stemtostern.
