What?? 39 SBI Offshore "Champions" in 2007

Wow! That seems to be more "Championships" then racers. Consider 13 racing classes and 3 Championships.

Much different from the OPA approach. 6 racing classes, 40+ racing members (not just registered, but active racers) and a single national points championship to work for. Then a best of the best shoot-out for a Annual world Champion. Only 12 Champions for OPA. Its Similar for OSS.
