I Have A Queistion What If A Person Hits Your Boat And He Lied About His Top Speed And His Insurance Company Denies His Claim Does That Me You Would Be Screwed And Have To Fix Your Boat On Your Own Just Wondering

I would assume that you would have to go after the person responsible with a civil action then. maybe one of the attorneys on here will pipe in.

Towing/trailering is another item the insurance companies can be looking at, I guess we are all under the microscope.
