That's been for sale for awhile. I am curious how it handles with all that weight in the back and what kind of speeds it sees. Interesting option for under 100K.

it's an awesome boat, it shows extremely clean, and it rides smooth as any boat ive ever been in, handles 6 footers out in cape cod like it was a flat pond,

No wonder it's been for sale for a while. I've sent two e-mails requesting more info, no reply.

Anyway, what Tom A. said: i'd be interested to hear from someone who knows the boat and who could tell me more about the handling and the speed. The ad says 72 tops but with the weight of those engines, that does sound a bit optimistic...

Re: Diesel Outerlimits 37

I looked at this boat a few months ago. I Talked to a few people that have driven the boat and said that it was almost impossible to get the boat on plane with out Nitrous Oxide. It only has a single speed transmission. The second diesel powered boat from outerlimist came with 2 speed transmisons. Once on plane they said it was a really nice boat.
I didn't want to have to deal with nitrous Oxide so I passed on the boat.

Hope this helps
Don

Re: Diesel Outerlimits 37

Thanks Don. It looks like the engines don't want to deal with nitrous either. They had to replace one completely which for a big diesel probably means block damage.

I notice that ASDs don't have aeration ducts on photos. Wonder why they haven't tried to install some if they have trouble getting on plane???

Re: Diesel Outerlimits 37

It was a little tough to get on plane but it wasnt much of a problem, once on plane it was a smooth flying ride, 72 was probly about right for top speed but you could cruise at 65-70 all day long without having to worry about engine damage or fuel for that matter

Re: Diesel Outerlimits 37

so, 72 is regular top end, not something that you can hold for like 10 secs while on NOS?

thank you all for the info.
