Hustler is probably heavier, and has more freeboard.

I've seen a Cig TS 38 follow a Fiore 40 on Lake St. Clair - the Fiore would be more stable.

But...the Fiore 40 is gonna require more HP to get the same top speed as a twin step (TS) Cig. The non step Cig Top Gun- I'm not sure.

I'd guess one would feel safer in the Fiore with its tall freeboard.

And....the Fiore 40 looks bigger when rafted next to the Cig. In the bay (muscamoot) the Fiore 40 always looks like the largest boat. Kinda makes the Cigs look small.

And....there are 2 things in life that you always want to be bigger.

They are both nice boats, and both can be considered "rough water boats".

And I think(haven't tried) you can stand up and do it doggy style in the Fiore 40( with it's tall cabin)- and you'll have room to hold the portable video camera on your shoulder. In the cig you'll be doin it missionary.

I just cant think of anything to add to these comments,,,,, Well :D Maybe one thing ---------- APACHE!! :D

The Fiore 40 is alot more boat. Especially if their price compatiable.

Have you seen it in person?

When I see photos of the Fiore- I ain't all that impressed. But.........in real life is a whole nother story.

Photos don't do that boat justice.

Maybe later I look for some photos on LSCN.net. When all the boats are rafted you'll know who the BSD is. (Big Swingin Dizzo)

Top Guns are cool too.

I've read the single step of the Fiore makes the boat ride nice 'n flat. The Cig is gonna ride a little nose high.

The Fiore has a wider Beam?

And the engine bay is soo tall you can hide your spinner(or 2) in there.

Everone on OSO is always going to have an opinion. Since you're the prospective buyer, your's is the only one that matters. You'll be living with it.

Take both boats out in rough water and decide for yourself. ;)

Remember, there's a lot of brand loyalty around here.;)
