Dropping the limit to 0.08 will do NOTHING to solve the problem.
it would be interesting to see the WP rolling around in seized 48 sea rays....

I like the Sea Ray idea. There's room on board for the clerk, prosecutor and judge. Justice in realtime!!!

Water patrol is to busy chasing true criminals here at LOTO like me for being 4 db over the sound limit. But with the danger involved with being to loud you can see why I was pulled over six times in three months.

Re: MO leads nation in BWI's
My wife and I watched many of these LOTO road blocks on Saturday nights from our deck at the Ledges.
They would assemble in my cove at 12:45 am, then set up 12-14 wide from my condo straight accross the lake.
Everyone leaving Shooters 21 was stopped, no one got through, unless they went west. The locals were
aware of the situation and usually had a DD.
The out-of-towners there with just husband and wife in the boat were the ones mostly busted, that and
the pontoon renters full of college kids or military boys on leave that were a real threat on the lake at night.
That's another story I won't go into now.
Never once saw a cruiser get caught. The main reason is that as the WP approached and hit em with the spotlight,
there were usually 3-5 people standing at the bridge, and it was almost impossible to tell who was actually
driving and the owner had a minute or two after he saw the roadblock to figure out who could pass the test.

In the past few years on SML, since a really bad acident a couple years ago, the cops are really bad now. We actually party all day, once the sun goes down we pile on one boat and actually pay a kid 18-21 to be our DD.
