Jeez! You guys are getting senile. In 1986 and 1987, the Top Gun used the refurbished 38' flat deck hull mold. The deck, liner, etc. styling were done by Jim and Chris Muir, of Dimension V. I did the dash, entryway, panel, head, deck hatches, etc. It was built by Jim Gardiner and Alex McCrae. We had just finished the Cafe' Racer, and were about to start on the Bullet. I was Director of Product Development then, working for Bob Gowens and my hero, Val Jenkins. We showed the first 'Gun' at Lauderdale, '86.

He has that, a Deux Chevalle, and three other cars with more that 300,000 miles. He lives near the cape and works in Miami. He has been my ghost stylist for 35 years. I couldn't style s**t. I work with him on hydrodynamics secretly, and he does my styling. He is one of the nicest guys I ever met.......

Jim is a talented man, but he thinks he's the reincarnation of Frank Lloyd Wright! He has a neighbor, Dr Brown, a math genius who figured out how to put USAF missiles on a bulls-eye thousands of miles away. They make for interesting conversation.
