Alright, get this thread back on track.

I grew up on Lake Erie, and I remember my Dad always worrying about drifting into Canadian water's while fishing - I guess it could be a real problem.

How is this going to work for the guys that run the Detroit River, and Lake St. Clair??
Anytime I ran up the Detroit River, I always stayed on the Detroit side simply because I didn't know what the rules were about docking into Canada.
I've got to get a Passport, never needed one before, because I've only gone to Canada, but I have some upcoming Intl business travel.
How long does it take to get one??
