I have a friend who is a regional manager for Mac Tools in Ohio. Can't make any promises but I'll give him a call and see what strings he can pull if any.

OK Dave, I just called him. He said he gave one of his distributor's 5 sets yesterday so he's going to call him, but he said he thought they were all sold out. He has several distributors to call so he'll check and call me later today.

I have a call in to my Mac distributor to see if he can get you a set. He'll call me back here in a bit hopefully. Just to make sure its what you are looking for, he said its a 2 piece gold extension kit that comes in a nice Cherrywood box? Ill let you know what he comes back with.

Well, my distributor called back, and they are apparently out of them pretty much all over, other than some distributors still have some they havnt sold yet. He is going to do some networking with his distributors and see if he can locate someone with one. Ill let you know when I hear back from him.
