Seeing this in more classified ads lately

the "desperation" in their add description doesnt seam to have any relationship to their asking price. one in particular i called on had 300+ hours on 525's and the guy got defensive about it right off the bat saying they dont need freshened or rebuilt. that might be true but they WILL before i could resale the boat 2-3 years from now. that was 6 months ago. its still for sale

i think its a good idea but when a person see "owner wants it gone now" makes you think they are desperate. you will get alot of low ball offers.
