moms in hospital
 

We left my moms early last night christmas eve because my knee was giving pain from the surgrey I had:rolleyes: . just got call from my sis her and my dad took my mom to the hospital at 11pm high blood perssure and pain. :( so my wife is going to her parents with my daughter and I am going to see mom, bring her some stuff. its a kidney stone but its not good when your old 73 and shes been in the hosp, all ready this winter with heart problems so I guess I'm asking for OSO PRAYER while I'm crtyng at the computer. thanks GOD BLESS MERRY CHRISTMAS. they are terrible and i can only imagine what it must be like at a later age

Thanks everyone, the stone is 5mm thats all most a 1/4 '', they are going to try and break it up in the morning, if not surgery to remove it because of the size, they got her heart beat back to normal to night but the blood pressure is still a little high it was 178 /forgot the other # its down to 162 over 80, the mophine is not working she was crying to me, and my mother is one tuffy when it comes to pain . we though this was a back problem all summer they just did a cat scan last night and thats how they found it. So maybe thats why its hugh, so I stopped by my fathers and feed him put him to bed, and now I'll just have to wait till 9 or 10 to see what happens, they said they were going to start at 5.30 tuesday morning ,I hope they can just break it with the ultra sound or what ever they use. and I told her you guys will say a prayer for her tonight ,she got up set. so I will hope to have good news in the afternoon .good night and thanks everone. art

Art that sucks man. I hope that you mom stays on the road to recovery. My wife Pam has had 4 stones since she has been prego. I figure at this time the kid should be a walk in the park. Her stones were much smaller then that however :eek: What hospital?

Sorry to hear that jon, my moms in brockton hospital its good for the south shore. they put a shunt in so it won't tear her up. they won't blast it with ultra sound I think you call it, right now because her bladder is to swollen thats where the stone is. they will try to break it 1st then do full surgery if they have to with in ten days. they are more worried about her heart and pressure so thats why we have to wait. again thank you guys for posts it helps man. last night she was walking about having her 50th wedding anniversary which isn't til next nov, so I thought she was on her way out, because of bring it up like don't worry what do we all want to do for it. well thanks again. art
