well how often can you go boatin in dec. in northern Ohio!

Christmas Day boatin. It was 40 degrees here today, me and my dad have been trying to do this for the last 5 years and were finally able to do it!! :D :D

Is the lake "usually" frozen by now?
It HAS been warm so far.

It was about 55 degrees here all Christmas day, then rose to 69-70 by 10PM!!

the lake isnt usually frozen very thick yet but the rivers are usually frozen pretty good. there are usually lots of snomobiles on the river over the holidays!..... pretty cool to be boatin this time of year :drink:

Isn't it great to boat in Dec.!? We took my buddies Gun out around the Channel Islands Dec24th. It was an AWESOME day!
