awesome boat!!! I was in the process of buying this prototype when someone showed up with the $$$ first
I guess some things were meant to be, but I still like the boat |
Re: 28 Joker pictures
We've made many changes since the old Prototype days. Speeds so far are 90 mph w/ approx 700 hp. Enzo is putting a blower motor in this Spring. 500 efi will get you real close to 80 mph. I'm building AeroSpeed Marine a pleasure boat now with a Merc 525 / ITS. We've also built a boat that's seen over 100 mph.

Re: 28 Joker pictures

I saw that one, too. I want to say that it was listed for $20k, wasn't it?
But I'm about to purchase a 31 Scarab, which is what I wanted anyway---- it all works out! I thought 20k was steal |
Re: 28 Joker pictures

tc-outlaw:
You didn't miss out on much , that boat had seen it's day. Notice the Power Play interior in it. I was told that a PP was repo'd and the guy stripped the boat the night before. That was way before I bought the molds and changed it to Joker. |
Re: 28 Joker pictures
Yep Brain before you know it you will have more delers, more models, magazine test articles, racing throphy's, a booth at the Miami show....
and then you know you've made it when OSOr's start making fun of the way you dress! |

Mike:
With customers like Enzo and Warren , we can't loose. It doesn't hurt to have Trick , Premier Interiors. AeroSpeed and Rick Turmel behind us. Oh and a great partner / fiberglass guru David Goode! Wait till you see the new 26 and 38! |

|
Re: 28 Joker pictures
CMC Iam sure Brain can you more, but the 26 wil be a all NEW boat. We are at this time trying to sell our 28 so we can get a new 26 to race in the new F1 class.

The new 26 Joker is very similiar to a Corsa. Narrow beam , all front end , set back cockpit. My partner had the molds and we worked on changes to come up w/ our new 26. This boat will be a great entry level performance boat. Enzo and Miklos have years of set up notes that we'll be using. It'll look similiar to this boat( not a Joker and a board members) You'll also see the 26 Joker racing in Class 6 by Tyler Crockett.

Re: 28 Joker pictures
So the 26 will be like a Gladiator or a Skater in that there is no cabin and or access to the cabin?
|
Re: 28 Joker pictures
Could you share some info on the new 38 foot?
|
Re: 28 Joker pictures
The 26 was designed for those that wanted to go fast , be safe and not have to break the bank to own one. You could have some cabin area but you'd have to crawl to get to it. The 38 is in development. I can't say alot now but it is a twin step. It's further along than on paper too. Thanks for the compliments.

Re: 28 Joker pictures
I saw that yellow 28 in several stages and it was a cool boat even before the motor got rigged. The 26 will be a screamer and pics should be available soon.
FR311- If you like what you see in the 26/28 boats you will love the 38! |
Re: 28 Joker pictures
