Have they been put on cats with 600hp+? Like a 36 Spectre or Skater?

They put them on a 34 DCB cat. Im sure Kurt will comment further on it.

What about any diesel packages with some substance like the Yanmar 480/935. Thanks Jeff

The 540s were designed for diesels and were run for 1000 hours with the navy.:cool:

The ACE would be fine with it though.
I read that if they wanted to really test the drives limits they would rate it at 1000hp.:cool:

I remember reading that someplace.....big difference though when comparing diesels of less hp/tq that are used for a bravo set up's with appr.500-600 tq... To date does anyone know what is the most amount of torque that the Konrad has been used on, and for how many hours. Thanks Jeff

It would think that the diesels would need speed increaser boxes to get the propeller shaft up to like 5000+ rpm so that the propeller is of good diameter and pitch. Kurt will have to chime in on this.
