Great pics Jay. I left lunch early to show Bob M. the fuel docks in Naples. Hopefully next time we can hook up and get some good running pics of "The Menace".

What race boat did the canopy Fountain use to be?And where was my bud Jersey Johnny in the 42x Cig?

It's the old Rodriguez Group boat, now owned by OSO member Earthwerks (Dan). John bailed on the run because of the bad weather threat-- he had his 6 yr old son along. He did come over to the Esplande and have lunch with us...

Ryan, sorry the weather did not co operate for you. I know how you must have felt after putting so much work into it. I went thru a lot of anguish trying to decide whether to call ours off or not with the forecast. I knew people were concerned about the possibility of thunderstorms. When I left Marco, to meet the main group the sun was shinning and the further north I got the worse it looked. When I got to Sanibel there were over 20 boats itching to go for a ride. We went south 45 miles to Marco where we knew the sun was out and everything fortunately worked out.
Yes, lots of heavy hitters. We are wanting to include the smaller boats as well but not many showed up for this run.
