Here's a surveyor I personally Know. He is very good with hull and deck surveys, As for engines, Leakdown tests are a must.

I have used Kevin for years. At least 5-6 surveys. Very thorough, nice report, flexible schedule. Knows his boats.

He is 12 miles from Port Clinton.

Yeah, I do know that and why some dealers feel that way but, the guy has some kahunas to go up against searay/brunswick in court and testifying why all the top decks were rotting out.

Absolutely .... if your sellin a boat .... Group's the last guy you wanna see walking down the dock with a clip board and a moisture meter ..... especially a SeaRay ! However , that being said .... When I was selling my 460 Sundancer ... he discovered a "dirty little secret" IN HIS FILES from some bottom damage that he had done the insurance work for , that wasn't disclosed to me in the sale .... Lost that sale , but he did go to bat for me when the next potential buyer came along to verify that the repairs were done properly .... Stand up guy in my book .
