Dennis Freidmann, Avanti Boats, Where Is He Now?
 

After reading the "Dan Weinstein, Powerplay Boats, Where Is He Now?" I figured I would start a new thread about another boat builder with an interesting reputation. Does any one know what Dennise is doing? Is he still in the marine industry? Hopefully he is behind bars where he belongs!

I have no idea where dennis went. Last I heard he was going to go sell boats for them.

I plan on asking around at the NJ boat show to see if anyone knows where he went.

I was told by an egg harbor saleman, they were planning on building speed boats and using the avanti platform and name. Having seen the molds out back of avanti filled with ice and trash, I can't see them giving him that much for just a name like avanti. It's not world known like bayliner :-)

That's strange, I started this posted a few days ago, and on Saturday I ran into Dennis at Target. Other then shopping at Target, does any one know what he is doing? Is he still working in the marine industry?

I was curious if he is working in the marine industry in any way shape or form. That scum bag should not be allowed any where near a boat. After I told him how I felt about him, he didn't stick around to answer any of my questions. :evilb:
