Marine/street GPS Units

Looking at the Garmin 378 and the Lowrance iWay 600C. I have always liked Garmin, but the Lowarnce has a bigger screen and several other features that I like.

Any experience with either of this units? Any other new combo units coming out soon?

Thanks
