Hey Sydways
Can you tell me anything about the AT's when they were manufactured under the "Cannon Boats" name? Quality...etc...

Re: Hey Sydways
I don't have any insight. I think they only built a 25 and a 31/32.
I'll ask Pat this weekend, but Cannon was WAY before Pat acquired the molds which evolved to Active Thunder. |
Re: Hey Sydways
When did Pat start building the Active Thunders??

Re: Hey Sydways
1994, My dad had the first 32 he built. He moved everything down to Pampano in 95 or 96 from Illinois.

Re: Hey Sydways
According to Pat, there were only 4 or 5 32s built under the Cannon name. There was a 25 available, but he never laid eyes on one. There was a guy in TX named Gerald that owned a 32, but I don't have any more info.
Pat bought a 32 'Cannon', and eventually acquired the molds and made it into Active Thunder. That speaks volumes in one sentence. I wish I had more info to share, but there just is not much more, from such a long time ago, and few examples to go on. |
