Got my package too! $250 for two poker hands is a great price. Compared to other runs anyway.

Anyone that wants to go, just fill out the form at www.smlba.com for the 2002 poker run. They will send you all the info.

Eric

I got my packet yesterday. Money's getting mailed this weekend.

Bryan, I don't think all of the boats are going, but I do know of about 6.

Sounds great, we will have a condo full too....
Keep us posted, we will not do the Friday night gig but of course I will be at the drivers meeting. I spoke to Barry and since I am not doing Friday I could bring the kids to the card play Sat night with out charging me another $100 for them as guest, which I thought was cool...

OK, waking this post up...
I have a couple questions.
We are paid, got our sticker and card in the mail.
I read where the BBQ is on the other side of the bridge for after the run.

Does folks dock and stay there for the night? Or ie boat back at night?
Or does most finish the run, return to their dock where they are staying and drive over?

I have been unable to find a good map of the lake that shows all the stops or get their GPS locations to make my own map?
I may just buy the chip for inland maps for my Garmin and be done with it?
Anyone use the chip and is it good data???
Thanks for any data....

27 Fountain, you riding with us?
Bryan

People do both, they stay the night up at the bridge and drive back. SML can be very tricky at night many of the markers don't work and it S's up the Roanoke river where the BBQ is, if it is on the up water side of bridge their is very little docking unless they added onto it. It is really up to your preference. I am still undecieded about riding, it will depend on how many people will be at Dads house.

Brian, what day do you plan on coming in???
