Default Mercury racing 1075 sci cost

How much does a Mecrury Racing 1075 SCi cost with the #6 drive? Can just the motor be purchased and how much is just the motor?

I'd like to know what the recommended service / rebuild cycle is on it & the 850. I heard something like 20-25 hrs & then it needs to go back to Mercury. True or false?

It's almost as bad as the saying goes.

"If you have to ask, you cannot afford it"

retail around 150k, 25 hour rebuild is recommended by mercury, basically 1,000$/ hr. to run a pair.

I remember reading the owner of The Real McCoy boat would sell his 1075's at the end of a season and buy new ones, and it was cheaper that way instead of rebuilding...

It's only money anyway!
