did they raise the engines for those drives and that is what is causing the exhaust to exit so high? most other mistresses have through hull eqhaust.. it looks "different"

yes,thats rats old boat, the exhaust was some kind of dry stack exhaust,i bought 2 sets of stainless marine manifolds and the correct tail pipes so it will look clean again,i recleaned the boat and ck'd over everything,i bought 2 quicksilver rebuilt eng's for it,but ive got an other boat and im told i can only keep 1 , so its got to go

I was down there last Nov. and Rat was gracious enough to offer me a ride.
It was one helluva ride - he headed straight out into the gulf (no IC crap) - I think he was testing me to see if I had the "stuff" to go for a ride.
We were running in solid five+ swells at full throttle - just cathing enough water on the top of the swells to keep us running mid 70's.
One of the best rides of my life.
I was watching the boat the whole time. Deck didn't even flex or flinch at any wave we hit. Solid!
And one hell of a looker with the teak in the cabin (if you're into Old-school:D )
She's a great ride - wish I was in a position to do it myself, but it would require a larger tow vehicle, and I can't do both at the moment.
