Color of a New Outboard

So hypothetically if you had the chance to pick out the color of a new outboard from a new OEM manufacture what color would you choose?

I know the big manufactures use the ones below:
Merc - Black but interpid has painted a few new ones white
Yamaha-Silver four strokes and Black two strokes
Honda - Silver
Evenrude- White
Suzuki- Dark Metalic Grey

Is there any other color that you think would look good on a boat as a standard color?

Thanks
Don

My good buddy that happens to live were you do in Cape Coral has an Intrepid and the factory painted his 4 stroke Suzuki's the same color as his boat.... Persimmon (orange)and white to match the lines of the boat....

I have seen that boat. It looks really good. I know you can have them custom painted, but what I am looking for is what does everyone think is the best color for a new OEM outboard, single color.

Thanks

If you vote "other colors" please let me know what color you would pick.

thanks

Sea Foam Green if single. Light blue and red (one each) if twin, if triple add a yellow one. Just for those into the "rainbow".

Otherwise.....White

Best Color you could have - matching

But If I had to pick from your choices I would say Merc - Black. Not for the color though- for the brand. I would never pick a product just because the packaging/paint lookes good.

I am not talking about brand. I am saying if a new company came up with a new outboard what color would you like to see?

White for Consoles- to match every other boat that has been made.

Black for bassboats.

I'm going down next month hopefully, we will have to meet up for a cocktail..... If you see the Intrepid his name is Pete, introduce yourself, he is one of the funniest people you will ever meet, I guarantee it...

I think white is the way to go, it will stay cooler under the cover for those times you drift with the engine off, also, if you go to grab it while it's been in the sun for a few hours it won't burn your hand.
