This sure does stand out in a crowd boats... very different, and alot of attention to detail.
If only the girls would have flocked like this to my boat, maybe i wouldn't have gotten rid of it.

this boat is awsome it comes to my marina alot the detail in the paint is unbelivable. it also has the most radical stereo system i'v seen in years when it cranked the bass makes the water vibrate around the boat. not to mention Bob Mace from JTM did the motors and that boat runs great!!!

Agreed.

Saw this boat at the Cumberland run last year.
The detail, and the paint was incredible, but I'm more into the classic look/paint.

For some reason theme paint jobs seem to get old for me quickley. Speed Racer, Batman, Pammy. Well maybe not Pammy. Cool when ther're new but.....

Steve_H 03-07-2007 06:10 PM

and i thought the one i owned was on the loud side:eek:

each to his own though. 28 Apache's are awesome boats

Ditto, Im actually getting into more of a classic look or solid paint job.

TexomaPowerboater 03-07-2007 06:35 PM

Sweet boat.

But it would heat up to about 150 degrees down here in the Texas sun.

DITTO. I wonder what the "resale" value is on some boats with a paintjob that may appeal to only certain boaters.

Damn! Those are some nice asses . . . er, I mean graphics

;-)

Boat detail is unreal. The swimplatform looks like wood. If you want something different, this is it!

To me it would always be the person's boat that first bought it. I mean that holds true for all used boats, but more for the ones painted like that. It would be John's boat Ken bought, not Ken's boat.

US1 Fountain 03-07-2007 07:23 PM

OK, Enough with the boat. Lets get down to business.

I'll take the 3rd azz!

US1 Fountain 03-07-2007 07:24 PM

or the 2nd. I can't decide! :D

John didn' t you get the memo? We've moved on to Stormrider's post.:D

Saw the boat at Lake Cumberland last year. The detail work is spectacular; and it gets a lot of attention at the docks.

IIRC, the rubrail screws are 9mm shells; and the buttons on the cockpit interior are shotgun shells.

didn't realize you were at Cumberland last year. woulda liked to meet to meet up with you.

The boat is pretty wild, but a little to over the top for me.
It show's well, and got a lot of attention, and the paint was beautiful - just a bit more then my taste.

I agree, its too busy for my tastes to purchase it.

I was there with Docmanrich37. He had the Blue Active Thunder with the Lightning down the sides. We left my boat at home.

Still debating if we are going back this year. Might wait until the damn is fixed and lake is up.

R Addiction 03-08-2007 08:17 AM

Come on now
Kenneth, I had to show interest in the boat, Lesley was right beside me on the couch:eek:  :D

Back4More 03-08-2007 09:33 AM
