I have a friend that has a straight bottom Tiger that tried some in the -2 length and couldn't get it on plane even with 5 blade Herrings.

If the boat isn't over 80 mph, I don't believe there's any real benefit in having a crescent lower (sport master).

1. The last time that I checked, boats are designed to get wet. It'll be just fine.

2. Can't talk on the phone during the day...

1. Ummm, exactly how much speed did you gain?

2. I put some SpeedWax on the bottom. If your boat gets used more than 2 times this season, bring it on out and watch me walk away with my 6 cylinders!!!!

I was out 6-7 times this season, sept to oct 31st
I got 3-4mph with stock props, they are going out to bblades next week...hopefully another mph or two...at least now I have it almost dialed in and all the paint is fixed
