Default alarms for boats

are there battery powered alarms on the market, so some thing you can hook up in a cover it garage. besides a bear traps under stone was thing about booby traps am i wrong after the break in going out at 2 and 4 in the morning with a flash light and axe in the other hand or a baby monitor set up its a 100 ft from the house.

poles with elec fence or juice the main fence, nath i have dogs that won't work what about a min 3 fence in sde the cover it with elec, or is that a fire hazzard .I can't think anymore of what to do build a flat block wall to back against and run a big cable with lock over the engine cover when parked in there??

I saw one for a boat that was a cover snap. When you removed the snap the alarm would go off, but that wouldn't work for your outdrive. They had one on Trick My Truck the other night that was a laser beam that when broken would go off. that might work in the Cover it.

My bud is a distributor for a system called Voice alarm...it monitors bilge and other functions including the snaps on the cover....it calls your cell phone to alert along with the p.d.or whomever you choose...great system,i can put you in touch with him

Radio Shack has one for 20.

Set it and walk away in 30 seconds. Next time anyone crosses the laser beam, she'll sound off loud. Enough to startle anyone.

I will check on that just bought lights with sep motion dec, so I can add them all over the yard. 30 sec is good one at both ends. THANK YOU DT 42 ART
