He isnt a registered user and only been a member to ebay since yesterday(3-12-07).w/ 0 feedback SCAM written all over it. 7 other boats listed way below their value also.

There are a ton of ads like that on ebay. I waslooking for a 67-69 camaro yeasterday and found several just like that. F-er's should be shot.
