yes the gps speedo will replace the old compass. i also removed the vapor gauge. wasnt working anyway. probably mount a new under the steering wheel.

Very nice, what paint did you paint the aluminum with? Also, how were the holes for the gauges cut? Laser cut, or with drills?

Vincent Custom Paint did the painting. he used Spees Hecker. the cigarette scripts were done with a stencil and the switch labels are vinyl with clear over them. i cut the panel at work with a laser.

Very cool. Guage and panel updates go a long way to making a boat look much more modern.
