Just called JLM Wholesale and they only sell to wholesale and not to the public. Any other sources besides the dealer for Merc Blue Spray paint?

HALLETT FAN 04-14-2008 11:01 AM

I tried to order on line but the site won't let you. You have to call to order the paint.

boatman22 04-14-2008 01:40 PM

Strip do you have an email for Jim?

Sorry for some of the confusion, My company has been going through some changes (good ones) and some of the new people were not told about the paint. My company deals in door hardware but I had this paint matched a few years ago as I needed some. (personally) We still carry it for your purchase in order to save all of us a few dollars.

We are also in the process of changing over to a new computer system that is currently not hooked up to our website in realtime.

It is better right now to Phone a order in 800-522-2940. ask for Part 92-822825. We can take credit cards too.

I am not in the office much anymore but if you PM me or e-mail I can get you what you want. The price is still 12.00 / can.

BowenCT 04-30-2009 12:45 PM

I ordered this paint from JLM Wholesale. For those who have used it, did you need to use a clear coat over top of it?

Thx.

fantastixvoyage 04-30-2009 01:13 PM

Is this a good match to blue anodized components or is there a better match for that?

Raypanic - you accept walk-ins? I work south of you and may shoot up for a couple cans to try it out.

No clear, its diff that the anodized blue.

For small stuff I bought some candy color blue from auto zone, it has a silver base and transparent blue top coat, it is as close to the blue fittings your going to get,it actually looks better to me,

the iac and the pull pressure sender in the fuel bypass is the candy blue,I painted the stater the silver it has a lot of metallic in it
