At least last year when I pulled the motor at your shop you had the long shank box wrenches I needed to get my starter off and change my flywheel ring gear! :party-smiley-020:

sakoutis3 07-26-2007 08:29 AM

Thats not my box. That monster belongs to my lead mechanic. He knew better than to not give me a key if he ain't around and I need a tool I'd torch the lock to get it.

Sounds like you've been hanging with Panther a little too long if you're talking about your box  Dean is gonna have to change the color of those motors.

If it pissed me off I didn't have a choice i had to get it started to dock.:angry-smiley-055: But its all fixed now.:D

It's always the motor with the power steering! :angry-smiley-044:

While we are on the subject of guys in pink , I saw these two at the dockside the other night and knew they were up to no good. They had on the panther colors.

Panther 07-31-2007 09:08 AM

I'm confused. How did a thread about Nicks project taking forever turn into a thread about my pink boat? :signs069:

I got my AMEX bill yesterday, $1600 in fuel last month. JC, thanks for doing such a good job on my motors so I can have fun enjoying my boat and not taking pictures of the pretty engines. I like the motto; "More Duct Tape, less nail polish!" :party-smiley-020:

Hunster, only real men wear pink! :cool-smiley-011:

Are you sure they're beyond repair????? At least that won't stop you from getting them in the boat!!!

I hate headers...wish I never had em... Stainless Marnine Gen III's are my next purchase!

sakoutis3 07-31-2007 11:22 AM

We're using a set on the dyno and it poped. Where its leaking you aren't gonna be able to weld it. Here check it out.

hunster 07-31-2007 01:18 PM

Isn't it great how all this expensive stuff turns to junk in the blink of an eye.
