I was on the bay with Tina we were drifting just north of Kettle Creek from about 11 am till 3pm. With all them clouds I wasn't in the mood to run any further south just in case the sky opened up.

Next 3 look good too and I'm off :evilb: :drink: :cool-smiley-011: :cool-smiley-011:

Pulled into my marina at 7:30 last night. The ocean was glass! Friday it was 4-6'

The races were great!

I'm shot and lacking in the sleep department.

Apache ran like a top! :cool-smiley-011:

sakoutis3 08-27-2007 09:18 AM

Glad you made it back without getting wet. In the morning they were calling for afternoon thunder storms to the north.

That's funny because the weather forecast up there was calling for storms down in NJ.

It was overcast but a good thing cause I was hung over. :D

I am so pissed at UPS I had a bunch of parts supposed to be delivered early am Saturday. No delivery I called they tell me the shipper did not specify Sat. even though I had the shipping doc's faxed to me in my hand they say doesn't mean anything. Today everything comes in and guess what. There are so many freaking Saturday delivery stickers all over them you'd have to be a P***king moron not to see em. I'm about ready to kill someone over there.:angry-smiley-055: I could've been done with this boat Saturday as planned.:angry-smiley-038: :nhl_fight:

Hey Nick...... So where ya gonna keep the boat this year?? Brett seems to think otherwise.. Just gonna trailer it for the rest of the season?:angry-smiley-044:

sakoutis3 08-28-2007 09:30 AM

She still has a lot more in her. We had to send her back to the shop damn sea strainers wouldn't stop leaking. Waiting on new ones. I can't wait to get back out and push it some more.
I don't see Chuck or Billy being a problem.:cool-smiley-011:

Don't worry about my drives. We got some audio video work that needs to be finished on the condo.:angry-smiley-044:

Wild Child 08-28-2007 10:57 AM

more to go

It WAS stuck to the water and full of fuel.

Don't worry we still have plenty to go, just did not want to push it on first run.

Next run will be full throttle and trimed out, 1/2 fuel.

It should be right there where we thought it should be.

Yup.... Just like when we went to Freeport a few weeks ago.... When we got there I asked how many RPMs they all ran... Chuck/Brett said between 33-3500 and a few times at 4K. I told them what I ran, which was 3400 the first half and 3600 the second half. Then later they tried tellimg me they ran 3000......I guess they forgot what they told me the first time.....:hitfan:

Why would I want my GPS to show that I had to idle home for 2 hrs at 12.5 mph???:party-smiley-048:

And tech support at Garmin will help me to make the GPS read whatever I want it to in test mode.... ;)

I hope the 45 minutes or less that it takes to change two tach's and speedo don't keep you out of the water for another month.... :signs069: :D
